Course Overview

The Advanced Diploma in ASIC Design provides end-to-end training in Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) design, covering both front-end (logic & verification) and back-end (physical design) flows. Students develop expertise in CMOS logic design, library cell design, programmable ASICs, RTL verification, and physical design techniques including floorplanning, placement, routing, power planning, and timing closure. With extensive hands-on practice on Synopsys EDA tools, participants gain practical experience in implementing design flows from RTL to GDSII tape-out. The program emphasizes power, performance, and area (PPA) optimization, aligning with semiconductor industry expectatio
